ORDERS
Use Find My Size, which is available on our website for each product, for a size recommendation based on your age, gender, and body measurements. Also, refer to our Size Guide available on our website for each product. Otherwise, contact our customer service team at [email protected] who will be happy to assist you.
ENNUE Studio offers a wide selection of products from our latest collection, and our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, subscribe to our waitlist for the out of stock product (available on the product information page).
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If the item you are looking for is not available for purchase, you can always sign up to our waiting list to be notified when the item becomes available again.
Your order is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email with all the necessary information. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our online boutique delivers internationally. You can find the list of available locations through the "Country" menu at check-out. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] if you have any additional questions.
We may deliver your order to your personal postal address. Within Sweden, our carrier is PostNord. Internationally, our carrier is UPS.
Delivery is free over a certain threshold. Please see Shipping Policy for more details.
Applicable duties and customs charges are handled by ENNUE Studio for the following regions and countries: European Union, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. For orders to all other locations, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes required by your destination country to release your order from customs.
Orders are generally delivered between 2–5 business days from the moment the shipping confirmation e-mail is sent. Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations, product availability or customs delays. During our sales period, the large amount of orders may also result in longer delivery times.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected] for any further questions.
We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact our customer service at [email protected]. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working days following the delivery of the parcel.*
*After this period, we are not able to claim any lost orders.
PAYMENTS
ENNUE Studio accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay), Shop Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay (mobile), Google Pay and Klarna. Payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transaction.
Please kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You must register your return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order here.
All products in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and dust bag) may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label upon registering your return.

To register your return, use our return portal with your order number and email address here. When packing the items, use the original packaging if possible. Do not combine items from multiple orders in one parcel. Use the return label provided after registration, and include all items from the order that you are returning.
For returns and unclaimed packages, a fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see fees below:

If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.

If an item received is faulty or was received damaged, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Any faulty item must be notified within 30 days of receiving the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is processed. Please note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s policy. We kindly invite you to keep the tracking number for your return, in order to track the returned order.
Once the warehouse receives and registers your return, an exchange order will automatically be placed. You will receive a email notification when the order is placed and another when the order is shipped.
