If you are unsure about what size to choose, measure your ideal fitting item and compare it with the above measurements. Below is a description of how to measure. All measurements are done in centimeters (cm). Note that measurements may vary by ±1.5 cm.
How to Measure
For accurate measurements, lay the garment flat on a smooth surface. Measure each part as follows:
Waist: Measure straight across the waistband from one side to the other.
Front Rise: Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband.
Back Rise: Measure from the crotch seam (where the front and back seams meet) up to the top of the back waistband.
Inseam: Measure along the inner seam, from the crotch down to the hem.
Thigh: Measure straight across from the crotch seam to the edge of the pants.
Leg Opening: Measure the width of the leg opening from one edge to the other, at the bottom of the leg.
