At ENNUE, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. You’ll find it in the stitching, the fabrics, the finish, and in how each piece performs, season after season, on and beyond the mountains.

ENNUE products purchased from an authorized retailer come with a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase.

If your item fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost. If the original style is unavailable, we will provide an alternative of equal value and similar style.

It's important to recognize that no product can last forever, even with the utmost care.
Skiing is demanding on equipment, and pieces worn often in heavy snow, extreme cold or rough terrain will age faster.

When evaluating warranty claims, we consider the product’s usage history and whether its condition reflects reasonable wear and tear. With time, you may notice faded fabric, frayed cuffs or light surface scratches. Contact with rocks, trees and the elements leaves its mark. This is natural aging from use, and it isn’t a manufacturing defect.

If, upon inspection, we determine that the product is defective, we reserve the right to replace the product or issue you a credit, depending on the nature of the defect. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

Under no circumstances shall ENNUE Studio  be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This limited warranty provides coverage for your ENNUE products but comes with specific exclusions. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover issues or damage arising from the following circumstances:

- Collisions, uncontrolled impacts, and/or crashes: Damage resulting from unforeseen accidents or harsh impacts outside normal wear and tear.

- Misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, or unauthorized alterations: Any damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, or modifications made without our approval.

- Theft or loss: Stolen or lost items are not covered under this warranty.

What if I bought my item in a retail store?

For warranty claims on items purchased through one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly. They will coordinate with our business-to-business team to resolve your request.

For purchases made through our online store, our customer care team will manage warranty claims to provide you with the most optimal support. To claim warranty, please kindly contact us via email: [email protected]

- Order number
- Article number
- Photo(s) of the defect
- Your first name and last name, address, and contact details (phone number and email)
