At ENNUE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

Returns & Exchanges Information
- We accept returns and exchanges on all orders worldwide.
- For returns, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- For exchanges, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Gift Cards
- Note that we do not currently accept exchanges from the US and Canada. If you would like to exchange for a new size, please place a new order.
For returns, exchanges, and unclaimed packages, please note that a fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see fees below:
- Sweden: 80 SEK
- Europe: 15 EUR
- Norway: 200 NOK
- Denmark: 100 DKK
- Switzerland: 15 CHF
- United Kingdom: 15 GBP
- United States & Canada: 30 USD (for returns and unclaimed packages only)
- Australia & New Zealand: 50 AUD
- China: 220 CNY
- Japan: 5000 JPY
- South Korea: 45000 KRW
- International: 20 EUR
Please note that any customs duties or import fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
- To register your return, use our return portal with your order number and email address here: Register your return here.
- When packing the items, use the original packaging if possible. Do not combine items from multiple orders in one parcel.

Use the return label provided after registration, and attach the label included in your original package.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
International Returns (outside the EU)
Customers outside the EU may return items within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
