Easy Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. This policy applies to all EU customers, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which includes a 14-day return period, and extends to international customers as well.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
- The item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is available.
Gift with Purchase & Returns
When returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Free Return Shipping & Complimentary Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Confirmation
When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your return has been accepted and your refund is being processed.
Late or missing refunds:

International Returns
International customers (outside the EU) may also return items within 14 days of receipt. All eligibility conditions apply. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return are the customer’s responsibility.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items qualify for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
