Returns & Exchanges information
- We accept returns on all orders worldwide.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Gift Cards
Please note that any customs duties or import fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
Within Sweden
- Return within 14 days: 80 SEK
- Free size exchange
- Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 100 SEK
Within the EU
- Return within 14 days: 15 EUR
- Free size exchange
- Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 10 EUR
Rest of the World
- Return within 14 days: 30 USD
- Free size exchange
- Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 20 USD
Return Instructions
- Register your return: use our return portal with your order number and email address. Register your return here
- Pack the items: Use the original packaging if possible. Do not combine items from multiple orders in one parcel.
- Use the return label provided after registration: Attach the label included in your original package.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
International Returns (outside the EU)
Customers outside the EU may return items within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
