We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Disclaimer: Gift with Purchase Returns
When returning an item that qualified for a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process:
- All items must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and proof of purchase intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned items, credited back to your original form of payment.
- You can choose to either return your item for a refund or exchange it for a different size or product.
