At ENNUE Studio AB, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver our products both domestically and internationally.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on qualifying orders. For orders below the free shipping threshold, the following rates apply:

Sweden (Domestic Shipping): 80 SEK for orders under 2000 SEK

  • Schenker Ombud: Delivered to your nearest Schenker collection point for easy pickup. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Europe: 15 EUR for orders under 200 EUR

  • UPS Standard: Delivery estimated within 3–7 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.

Great Britain: 10 GBP for orders under 200 GBP

  • UPS Standard: Delivery estimated within 3–10 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.

Australia / New Zealand: 40 AUD for orders under 200 AUD

  • UPS Standard: Delivery estimated within 3–10 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.

Rest of the World: 25 EUR for orders under 200 USD

  • UPS Expedited: Reliable ground shipping, estimated at 3–7 business days.
  • UPS Express Saver: Priority-handled service, with delivery expected within 2–5 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) throughout Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom. For orders to the United States and all other locations, we currently ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that product prices do not include any local taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes required by your destination country to release your order from customs.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or high seasonal demand. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.


Lost or Stolen Packages

ENNUE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim with the carrier.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a collection point, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid any issues.


High-Demand Seasons

During peak shopping seasons, such as the holiday period, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. We will strive to maintain our regular shipping timelines as closely as possible and keep you informed of any potential delays.
